We provide professional marketing and branding starter kits (XS, S, M, L) designed to transform small businesses and start-ups into visible brands. Our services include brand identity development (logos, slogans, colour palettes), social media profile optimisation, ready-to-use design templates, strategic content plans, and hands-on training so you can manage your marketing with confidence.
2) Which package is right for me?
- XS (The Mini Business Starter Kit): Perfect for a quick start on a tiny budget. Includes a mini brand kit (logo or flyer) and one professional social post to get you going.
- S (The Business Starter Kit): Ideal for launching professionally. Includes a 30-day strategy roadmap, profile setup for 1 platform, a mini brand kit, and a 90-minute empowerment session.
- M (The Brand Visibility Plus Kit): Best for a brand makeover and momentum. Includes a dual-platform setup, a 6-week content plan, comprehensive branding, and two empowerment sessions.
- L (The Growth Premium Business Kit): Our most comprehensive solution for scaling. Features a 90-day marketing roadmap, multi-platform dominance (up to 3 platforms), extended design assets, and advanced training (4 sessions).
3) How do I book and pay?
You can select your package and book via the email button, our online booking calendar, or via WhatsApp. We accept EFT, Paystack, PayPal, Bitcoin, or cash.
We also offer flexible installment plans:
- XS: 3 monthly installments of R750.
- S: 3 monthly installments of R1,600.
- M: 4 monthly installments of R2,200.
- L: 5 monthly installments of R3,800.
4) How long until I get everything?
Timelines depend on the package scope and how quickly we receive your info:
- XS: Within 5 working days.
- S: Within 10 working days.
- M: Within 4 weeks.
- L: Within 8 weeks.
We provide clear updates throughout the process.
5) What does “training” mean — and who gets it?
Training consists of live “Empowerment Sessions” where we show you how to market your business, post and schedule content, edit templates in Canva, and use simple AI tools.
- Package S: Includes 1 × 90-minute session.
- Package M: Includes 2 × 90-minute sessions.
- Package L: Includes 4 × 90-minute sessions.
6) Can I edit the visuals myself later?
Yes. We deliver editable Canva templates (compatible with free or Pro versions) so you can update copy, photos, and dates easily without needing design skills.
7) Will you manage my social media for me?
Our focus is to give you the tools to manage your own marketing (DIY). However, if you prefer ongoing support, we offer monthly management as a separate service.
Monthly management is R3,000 per month. This includes:
- 4 posts per month (across 2 social networks).
- Account management & optimisation.
- Content creation (visuals, videos, or images).
- Scheduling, reporting, insights & tips.

8) What formats do I receive?
Your assets are delivered via Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. You’ll receive web-ready images (JPG/PNG), editable Canva files, and a brand summary or guide (depending on the package).
9) How many revisions are included?
We include a fair round of revisions to ensure you are happy with the result. The specific number of revisions will be outlined in your package brief. Any additional changes beyond the agreed scope are available at an hourly rate.
10) Do you offer meetings or calls?
I work through clearly defined packages and paid consultations. This ensures transparency and efficiency. If you’d like to discuss scope or marketing issues, you can book a consultation or a specific Starter Kit. All deliverables and timelines are outlined upfront.

12) How does working with The Visible Haus look from start to finish?
It’s a simple transparent process:
- Selection: Choose the Kit (XS, S, M, or L) that fits your needs.
- Onboarding: Complete a questionnaire to help us understand your goals.
- Strategy & Design: We get to work creating your branding, assets, and profiles.
- Handover & Training: We deliver your assets and conduct your empowerment sessions so you’re ready to take the reins.
13) What if I need help after delivery?
Every package includes a hand-over and basic guidance. If you need further support, you can book one-off support sessions or a monthly check-in package starting from R1,200 (90 minutes).
14) What is your refund or cancellation policy?
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, you have a 14-day cooling-off period where you may withdraw from the contract. However, if work has already commenced at your request, you will be liable for the portion of work completed. Please check our Terms & Conditions page for full details.
